Step inside the world of The Better Sister with an exclusive book-to-screen conversation featuring New York Times bestselling author Alafair Burke and the visionary co-showrunners of the upcoming Prime Video adaptation, Olivia Milch (Ocean’s 8) and Regina Corrado (Mayor of Kingstown).
Doors will open at 5 PM and refreshments can be purchased before, during, and after the program from Louise & Howie’s Coffee Bar in the lobby, to be enjoyed in the Minikes Garden. Food and beverage are permitted in the theater.
This program is presented as part of Hamptons Whodunit, East Hampton’s annual festival celebrating mystery and crime storytelling, this special event offers a behind-the-scenes look at adapting a gripping thriller from page to screen.

Alafair Burke
Alafair Burke is a New York Times bestselling author whose most recent novels include FIND ME, THE BETTER SISTER, THE WIFE, and THE EX which was nominated for the Edgar Award for Best Novel. She has also been the co-author of the bestselling UNDER SUSPICION series with Mary Higgins Clark. She currently serves as the President of Mystery Writers of America, the first woman of color to be elected to that position.
