This summer, Sotheby’s will present Treasures from Chatsworth – a transportive experience that brings one of England’s fabled estates and one of the world’s greatest collections to New York. Join us for an intimate conversation with The Duke of Devonshire and award-winning creative director and designer David Korins as they discuss the making of this much-anticipated exhibition.

Duke of Devonshire
Stoker Devonshire and his wife, Amanda, have been collectors for the last 40 years. Since they moved to Chatsworth in 2006 they have commissioned many works of both fine art and design and developed the exhibitions programme extensively.
Chatsworth has one of Europe's most significant art collections. The diverse collection has grown with each generation, and the Devonshire Collection encompasses Old Masters, contemporary ceramics, artefacts from Ancient Egypt, modern sculpture and computer portraits to name but a few.
The Duke sits on the main board of Sotheby’s and in April 2016 he was made an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Academy in London.
