With Bob Rubin, a seasoned entrepreneur and founder of The Bridge, the conversation will dive into the intersection of high-level decision-making, personal growth, and the undeniable connections between creativity, sportsmanship and business acumen.

  • BOB RUBIN

    The son of a mechanic, BOB RUBIN has been obsessed with cars since childhood. Once he escaped blue collar New Jersey and landed in New York City, he shifted his focus from Corvettes and Mustangs to the great Italian and French competition marques, buying the racetrack in 1981 and operating it until 1998 when her began construction of the golf course. After 25 years on Wall Street, in 2000 he shifted his focus to art and architecture, curating exhibitions and writing about Richard Prince, Alexander Calder, Pierre Chareau, Jean Prouvé, Buckminster Fuller, Richard Avedon, and Alan Ginsberg, among others.

    An avid vintage racer in his middle age, Bob campaigned such cars as the ex-Phil Hill 250F Formula 1 Maserati and the ex-King Leopold Bugatti T 59 here and in Europe, and has won several trophies at concours at Pebble Beach and the Louis Vuitton Classic at Bagatelle and Rockefeller Center.
